This "reserve" grade Shincha of the Chumushi type is artisanally produced in limited quantities on the mountain peaks of Hoshino village. It was made from the rare Okuhikari cultivar, renowned for its creamier and sweeter notes.
Its liquor offers rich and gourmet notes of cream, umami, ripe fruits such as quince, and a hint of cherry blossom, with a sweet finish. A grand cru distinguished by its rich and complex profile!
