Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of their products for years, and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.
This "reserve" grade Shincha of the Asamushi type is artisanally produced in limited quantities on the mountaintops of the Yame region. It was made from the rare Okuyutaka cultivar, thus offering a beautiful umami intensity from its rich soils.
Its silky liquor reveals notes of creamy peaches, umami, and a touch of roasted flavor. A grand cru distinguished by its gourmet profile!
