Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural farming without chemicals, without the use of pesticides, and made fairly according to the international standards of "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership."

 

Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.

This "reserve" grade Fukamushi Shincha is handcrafted in limited quantities on the mountain peaks of the Yame region. It was made from the rare Koushun cultivar, offering a beautiful umami intensity due to its rich soil.


Its gourmet liquor reveals notes of roasted pistachios, umami, quince, and a hint of cherry blossom. A grand cru distinguished by its rich and complex profile!
