Our Yame tea garden has been awarded many global prizes for the excellence of its products for years, and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.
This "reserve" grade Asamushi type Shincha is handcrafted in limited quantities on the mountain peaks of the Yame region. It was made from the very rare Kanayamidori cultivar, offering a beautiful umami intensity thanks to its rich soil.
Its smooth and delicate liquor offers notes of fresh herbs, umami, cream, exotic fruits, and a sweet finish reminiscent of cane. A grand cru!
Preparation: 5g=250ml / 70C° / 30sec / 3 infusions
