This "reserve" grade Fukamushi Shincha is handcrafted in limited quantities. It was made from the rare Sakimidori cultivar, grown in the Yame region, thus offering a beautiful umami intensity from its rich soil.
Its intense green liquor offers fresh and sweet notes, reminiscent of cucumber, flowers, and exotic fruits, as well as a creamy touch of umami. A great, well-balanced cru with rich, summery aromas.
