Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.
This "reserve" grade Shincha of the Fukamushi type is handcrafted in limited quantities. It was made from the rare Okumidori cultivar, grown in the Yame terroir, thus offering a beautiful umami intensity from its rich lands.
On the palate, it offers slightly toasted notes of nuts, cream, umami, fresh herbs reminiscent of nettle and perilla, then finishes with a floral note of cherry blossom. A grand cru with gourmet notes!
