Grade: Reserve, first spring harvest
Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals, without the use of pesticides, and produced ethically according to international "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership" standards.
(Kagoshima, Japan) This "experimental" tea comes from Tanegashima Island, located in southern Japan; it is one of the first Japanese teas produced each year. From the first spring harvest, this reserve-grade Shincha Chumushi is made from tea leaves from the Yumemidori cultivar, unique to the island.
On the palate, it offers a gourmet and emblematic Japanese bouquet with notes of cherry blossoms, fresh herbs reminiscent of Japanese Shiso, among others, and silky cream with a sweet finish. It is very refreshing and pleasant. A grand cru!
