(Kagoshima, Japan) This early harvest tea, with golden budded leaves, from Tanegashima Island, located in southern Japan, was crafted in an artisanal and experimental way. It is a Shincha (1st spring harvest) of the Chumushi type; one of the first Japanese teas produced each year. Produced exclusively from the Yaeho cultivar, registered in 1954, it is the result of genetic selection from the Sugiyama Yaeho cultivar.

Its rich, milky, jade-colored liquor offers a spring aromatic bouquet reminiscent of cherry blossoms, like a gentle breeze. It leaves a sweet freshness on the palate, with a vegetal touch and astringency at the finish, testifying to the richness of its leaves. A grand cru!
