Grade: Reserve, first spring harvest
Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals, without the use of pesticides and made ethically according to the international standards of "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership".
(Kagoshima, Japan) This tea comes from the island of Tanegashima, located in the south of Japan; and is one of the first to produce tea in spring. From the first spring harvest, this reserve grade Shincha is made from tea leaves from the Shouju cultivar, unique to the island.
It offers notes of fresh aromatic herbs, umami, ripe exotic fruits such as mango and a hint of warm spices. In the mouth, it introduces itself velvety and creamy, then finishes round and sweet. A great vintage!
