(Kagoshima, Japan) Hailing from Kagoshima, this reserve-grade Shincha, whose leaves were shaded for 1 week before harvest, then steamed in the Fukamushi style, comes from the first spring harvest. This tea was made from the Haruto-34 cultivar, ideal for producing exceptional shaded tea.
Its rich liquor offers a perfect balance of fresh and sweet notes of a Kabusecha, as well as rich and gourmet creamy umami notes of a Gyokuro. A grand cru!
