Chiran Shincha "Yutakamidori" [Reserve Grade]

$10.38 $11.50
Origin: Japan, Chiran, Kagoshima

Grade: Reserve, first spring harvest

Production:
Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals, without pesticide use and made fairly according to the international standards of "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership".

(Kagoshima, Japan) Its name means "abundance of green," referring to its rich green liquor. From Kagoshima, this Shincha tea, whose leaves were shaded for 1 week before harvest and then steamed in the Fukamushi style, comes from the first spring harvest. A reserve grade, it is made from the Yutakamidori cultivar.

It offers gourmet notes of ripe exotic fruits like mango, cream, and umami, leaving a round and sweet sensation in the mouth at the finish. A grand cru!
