This famous "reserve" grade green tea is only produced occasionally when growing conditions are perfect, and therefore not every year. Its flat, thin, very light leaves from the first harvest are pan-fired artisanally.
On the palate, it offers sweet, fruity, and creamy notes. It is very rich in the mouth and extremely pleasant at first sip, with a long finish. A limited edition grand cru!
