Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for product excellence for years and is ISO 22000 certified. From the first spring harvest, its flat, thin, very light leaves produce a jade green infusion with its light firing.
Taste-wise, it offers fresh vegetal and delicate marine notes, the famous umami, as well as velvety notes on the palate; a smooth vintage tea!
