This Konacha, made from Sencha tea leaves from the 2nd spring harvest of the Chumushi type, has been lightly roasted.
On the palate, it opens with an intense sweet sensation, evolving into notes of corn, a creamy malty touch, herbs, and seaweed typical of Japanese green teas. A beautiful complexity on the palate; an excellent tea for everyday use or for blends.
