This exceptional quality tea comes from the first spring harvest in Saga Prefecture, the most renowned for this type of tea. Its leaves are artisanally cooked and roasted at high temperature in a wok according to the ancestral Chinese technique, the oldest green tea production technique. Thus, a tea that is soft and refreshing without astringency is obtained.
It offers light notes of roasting and nuts, contrasted by a roundness with sweet and tangy sensations.
