(Miyazaki, Japan) From Miyazaki Prefecture - renowned for producing the best organic teas in Japan. This medium-roasted green tea is handcrafted in the traditional "Hon Dentou" style. It comes from Yamanami cultivar tea plants, growing wild on hillsides. Its leaves are harvested in early winter.
It offers subtle notes of wood, coffee, cocoa, a bouquet of spices reminiscent of cinnamon, dried fruits such as dates, and finishes with a sweet sensation of brown sugar. It is very low in theine and suitable for evening consumption. A grand cru with a gourmet profile.
