Our Yame tea garden has been awarded numerous global prizes for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified. An emblem of Japanese refinement, this tea is made from premium fermented leaves called Tencha, ground into a powder to be consumed ceremonially. It is emulsified in hot water using a bamboo whisk to produce a "liquid jade foam" that develops a creamy, marine, vegetal, white chocolate taste, and is full of umami. A grand cru!
