SINGLE CULTIVAR SERIES | Saemidori

This Chiran Matcha (Kagoshima) made from a single cultivar, Saemidori, is one of the most prized cultivars for the production of quality Ceremonial Matcha.

On the palate, it offers initial notes of umami, a hint of pistachio, evolving towards ripe fruits with a sweet finish, with its extremely smooth and creamy texture, then ending with a note reminiscent of semi-sweet chocolate, without any bitterness. A rich and flavorful grand cru!

Preparation: Ceremonial Usucha style | 75-80 C° / 2g = 100ml of water (or lengthened to 125ml)
