This grand cru ceremonial Matcha from the famous village of Chiran, located in Kagoshima Prefecture, was made from the very rare Seimei cultivar. It is a limited artisanal production of 10kg personally crafted by the grand master of the garden.
In traditional usucha style, it begins with rich and creamy notes of umami and toasted pistachio, then once its flavors have permeated the palate, it opens with gourmet and sweet notes reminiscent of cherry blossom, finishing with an almond freshness. A grand cru to discover!
