Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural farming without chemicals, without pesticide use and made fairly according to international "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership" standards.

Storage: In order to offer you a product of optimal freshness, our matcha, which is regularly produced in small batches, was made from Tencha leaves that were refrigerated until grinding. It was then shipped to us by plane to reduce exposure time to heat, then finally stored in our refrigerators until your purchase. To maintain its freshness, it is advisable to keep it refrigerated until consumed.

This Matcha from Miyazaki Prefecture is made from the rare and prized single cultivar Kirari 31, renowned for producing excellent shaded teas, developed by the Tea Industry Branch of Miyazaki Prefecture Agricultural Experimental Site in 1994.

On the palate, it starts with rich and powerful umami notes of cream and a hint of pistachio, then opens into explosive fruity notes, leaving a sweet and and delicious.




Preparation: Ceremonial Usucha Style: 72 C° / 2g = 100ml water (or diluted to 125ml)
