SINGLE CULTIVAR SERIES | Asanoka

This JAS-certified Matcha from Chiran (Kagoshima), made from a single cultivar, Asanoka, is one of the most prized cultivars for the production of quality Ceremonial Matcha.

On the palate, it offers umami notes with a sweetness reminiscent of milk, fresh flowers, and green grapes. Then, it evolves into notes reminiscent of almonds and finishes with a sweet sensation. A grand cru with a fresh and sweet sensation!

Preparation: Ceremonial Usucha style: 75C° / 2g = 100ml water (or extended to 125ml)
