This lightly roasted green tea comes from the first spring harvest, from the Saitama region, then ground into powder to transform it into a matcha. It offers a tea without theine or bitterness with gourmet notes!
Its silky liquor offers gourmet notes of cocoa and dried red fruits, especially reminiscent of sweet dates. Ideally consumed as a latte; a perfect substitute for chocolate milk.
Preparation: 80 C° / 1g = 250ml water (+ milk and sugar)
