From the first spring harvest, this matcha is a house production made from the Yabukita cultivar from Shizuoka Prefecture, produced according to Master Han Le in our partner's new facilities and the latest generation of equipment in China.
Rich and gourmet on the palate, it offers dominant notes of toasted nuts such as pistachio and almond, complex umami, a hint of cocoa, all without astringency or bitterness. A rich and gourmet grand cru!
Preparation: Ceremonial Usucha style | 75 C° / 2g = 100ml of water (or diluted to 125ml)
