Cultivar: Minekaori
Harvest: 1st harvest of spring 2022
(Miyazaki, Japan) Miyazaki Prefecture is renowned for producing the best organic teas in Japan. This white tea, also known as Hakucha, was produced from the leaves of the Minekaori cultivar, from the 1st spring harvest and aged for 6 months to concentrate the aromas and offer more complex notes.
Smooth and rich, it offers a complex floral bouquet reminiscent of lily of the valley, lilac and chamomile. Its gourmet notes evoke caramelized ginger, honey and green grape. It leaves a roundness and a sweet and warm sensation on the finish, reminiscent of a sunny autumn morning. A very rare and exclusive grand cru!
