Made from "Gushu" wild tea trees over 200 years old from Bulang Mountain (Menghai) in Yunnan, this Pu-Erh Sheng (raw) is a limited edition. The leaf harvesting period is "Ming Qian" (early spring, before the rainy season).
Profile: Its golden liquor offers very fresh fruity and floral notes with a beautiful length on the palate, giving a sweet sensation. A grand cru.
Recommended brewing techniques:
5g for 250ml (1g per 50ml) / water at 95°C / 9 infusions guaranteed
Pre-rinse the leaves (quick 3-second infusion) with water at 95°C, then let the leaves rest for about 30 seconds before the 1st infusion.
Infusions:
1-2 infusions: 20 seconds
3-6 infusions: 18 seconds
7-9 infusions: 25 seconds
