Recommended brewing techniques:
5g for 250ml (1g per 50ml) / 95°C water / 9 infusions guaranteed
Rinse the leaves beforehand (quick 3-second infusion) with 95°C water, then let the leaves rest for about 30 seconds before the first infusion.
1st infusion at 20 sec
2nd infusion at 15 sec
3-5th infusion at 12 sec
6-8th infusion at 15 sec
9-10th infusion at 18 sec
