MẶT TRỜI ĐỎ - (Vietnam) Red Sun - Originally from the famous Lam Dong province, this highly fermented and roasted oolong is also called red oolong. This exclusive experimental and artisanal tea, limited to 20kg per year, from the first spring harvest, consists of one bud and its first two leaves. It offers a liquor that tends towards burgundy like a red tea.
On the palate, it is complex and rich, offering floral, honeyed, and wild berry musky notes like a red tea, then evolves into malty, cocoa, and spicy tones. Well-balanced with a good length on the palate, it leaves a good memory like the red sunset of the Vietnamese mountains. A great vintage!
