(Anhui, China) In Chinese, its name means "Peaceful Monkey King." Grown at over 700m altitude, this high-mountain green tea is one of China's most renowned teas. This imperial reserve-grade tea comes from the first spring harvest. Its unique leaves, from the Shi Da Cha cultivar, measuring between 10-15cm, were traditionally pan-fired in a wok, then folded into thin strips, giving it an exceptional taste and quality.

It is one of the most complex green teas in terms of taste and aroma. It offers fresh notes of flowers and spruce, as well as a beautiful balance of umami and vegetal flavors, finishing with a sweet honey sensation. A grand cru!
