(Kagoshima, Japan) This famous "reserve" grade green tea from the Chiran region is made from the Asanoka cultivar. Made from the first harvest of spring and sourced from the garden's best reserve tea plants, it was produced using the traditional Hon Dentou method.
It offers light and fresh notes throughout the tasting, starting with marine vegetables, a saline touch and umami. It then evolves into gourmet notes of cream and corn, then finishes with a floral bouquet and a sweet mellowness. A grand cru!Preparation: 5g=250ml / 60C° / 1-2min / 3 infusions
