Sencha Saemidori from Miyazaki [Reserve Grade]

(Miyazaki, Japan) The Miyazaki Prefecture is renowned for producing Japan's finest organic green teas. This Chumushi-type Sencha, from the 1^st spring harvest, is one of the best made from the Saemidori cultivar. Its flat, thin leaves, hand-picked and prepared with great lightness, yield a yellow-green infusion with its medium firing.
