In Chinese, its name means "Dragon Well". This tea is one of the most renowned in China, notably because of its "imperial picking" method (downy bud + 1 leaf) from the first spring harvest. The leaves, which have been hand-roasted in a wok and then folded into fine strips, give it an exceptional taste and quality.
It is one of the most complex Chinese green teas in terms of taste and aromas. It offers an aromatic bouquet of fruits and flowers, nuts, and a toasted note. Creamy and round, it has a very good length on the palate. A grand cru!
