In Chinese, its name means "Dragon's Well". This tea is one of the most renowned in China, particularly due to its "imperial plucking" method (downy bud + 1 leaf) from the first spring harvest. The leaves, which have been pan-fired in a wok in a traditional way and then folded into thin strips, give it an exceptional taste and quality.
It is one of the most complex Chinese green teas in terms of taste and aromas. It offers an aromatic bouquet of fruits and flowers, nuts, and a roasted note. Smooth and round, it has a very good length on the palate. A grand cru!
