Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 certified. This exceptional tea with protected designation of origin from Yame is considered the best green tea in Japan. The "Hon Dentou" denomination of this Gyokuro means that it is made in a traditional and artisanal way to produce the best tea. The leaves, which have been fermented directly on the tree via a unique shading technique, and from which only the tenderest buds are hand-picked, are rolled very finely.
