(Miyazaki, Japan) From Miyazaki Prefecture - renowned for producing the best organic teas in Japan. This medium-roasted green tea is handcrafted in the traditional "Hon Dentou" style. It comes from Asatsuyu cultivar tea plants growing wild on hillsides. Its leaves are harvested in early winter.
It offers light woody notes, cocoa, cream, and caramelized raspberry, leaving a sweet and gourmet sensation on the palate. It is very low in theine and suitable for evening consumption. A grand cru with a gourmet profile.
