Grade: Imperial, 1st spring harvest

Cultivar: Yabukita

Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals, without pesticide use, and produced ethically according to the international standards of "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership".

Storage: To offer you a product of optimal freshness, our matcha, which is regularly produced in small batches, was made from Tencha leaves that were refrigerated until grinding. It was then shipped to us by plane to reduce exposure time to heat, and finally stored in our refrigerators until your purchase. To maintain its freshness, it is advisable to store it in the refrigerator until consumption.

This medium-roasted green tea comes from the first spring harvest, from the Miyazaki region, then ground into powder to transform it like a matcha. It offers a tea without theine or bitterness with gourmet notes!

Its liquor offers intense notes of cocoa, woody-roasted, and spices like nutmeg. Ideally consumed as a latte; perfect substitute for chocolate milk.


Preparation: 80 C° / 1g = 250ml water (+ milk and sugar)
