This dark roasted green tea comes from the first spring harvest, from leaves used to produce Gyokuro tea in the famous Yame region, then ground into powder to transform it into a matcha. It offers a tea without theine or bitterness with gourmet notes!
Its liquor offers intense notes of coffee, cocoa and roasted wood. This is an innovative grand cru Hojicha-matcha intended to be consumed naturally like ceremonial matcha, but can also be prepared as a latte.
Preparation: 80 C° / 1g = 150ml of water
