Hailing from the legendary "Phoenix" Mountains in Guangdong, this oolong is a classic among Gong Fu Cha enthusiasts.
Coming from a century-old wild tea tree species, its large, whole leaves, hand-picked in spring, offer a full and rich liquor with notes reminiscent of orchid flowers. Smooth and very rounded, it has a wonderfully lingering sweet finish.
