Many people are looking for natural ways to energize themselves. They turn to plants, the most popular of which are of course TEA (!), coffee, yerba mate, and chocolate.
These well-known plants all contain caffeine. Which is perfectly fine for us; we sell high-quality teas for your needs.
But if you want to avoid caffeine, what should you turn to?

What to take to energize naturally?
Tea (Camellia sinensis, Theaceae), and we offer many varieties, remains an excellent way to do so.
But, to avoid caffeine and its sympathomimetic action (activation of stress responses), we can support our body's energy in various ways.
It's good to know that not everyone reacts the same way to these different plants, so you'll need to experiment a little!
Simple Plants:
Chaga:
Some consider chaga stimulating; it seems to create strong blood circulation to the brain, which, without creating a sense of stress, keeps one well-awake and functional. (Empirical experience). The taste is reminiscent of mushroom, but especially of the wood on which it grows; birch. Prepare as a decoction or espresso!
Nettle:
Being very rich in nutrients, and given the small presence of histamine in nettle, some find themselves very awake when consuming this magnificent plant. An old herbalist's saying is: "when in doubt, give nettle". It will also help control your reactions to respiratory allergens (seasonal allergies). Some do not digest it well. Its taste is very green. Long infusions (15min+) are well suited for nettle, and by adding lemon, the assimilation of minerals is increased.
Rosemary
Considered a circulatory stimulant, rosemary is a lovely digestive that has the gift of bringing warmth back to the extremities. Its richness in rosmarinic acid makes it a choice ally in the fight against seasonal allergies, but also as a support for liver processes. Short to long infusions (5m - 15m) are suitable for rosemary; the important thing will be to cover the infusion to preserve the aromas.
Peppermint
Peppermint also provides a "boost" effect on circulation; its richness in menthol has a very stimulating and refreshing side. A recognized digestive, as an aromatic, like rosemary, it is prepared in a short but absolutely covered infusion, to keep the aromas in your infusion.
Our energizing house blends.
Through various mechanisms.
ÉnerJ
This blend is designed to promote a well-grounded energy in your body, without draining it, which can happen with caffeine. Rather than stimulating your adrenals, it supports them. With its several adaptogens, including notoginseng flower, Indian sarsaparilla root, eleuthero root, and schisandra berry.
It should also be noted that the ÉnerJ blend contains a great combo for relieving seasonal allergies. Indeed, it contains nettle, rosemary, and green rooibos, whose richness in quercetin calms mucous membranes irritated by allergens.
Morning Zest (contains theine!!!)
A small exception to our selection, Morning Zest contains Yerba Mate AND our Yame Sencha. We have even added luxurious Canadian ginseng to it.
However, they are well-balanced with lemongrass, ginger root, orange peel, and kaffir lime leaf for a sustained citrusy note.
We have softened it in the mouth with papaya and apple pieces, making it one of our fruitiest blends.
This blend is therefore a hybrid between a stimulant from theine and plant-based support for the body.
SanT
SanT is primarily nettle well-spiced with our chai spices to facilitate digestion, orange zest and marshmallow soften digestion, and ginkgo biloba tones small blood vessels, making it a very pleasant daily tonic.
It is nutritious, digestive, and promotes microcirculation.
Furthermore, nettle reduces sensitivity to seasonal allergies! Two for One!
Boréal
Surprised? Conifer essential oils have long been considered stimulating tonics for adrenal exhaustion.
This blend, containing fir AND spruce shoots, will have a very gentle effect on your mental activity. It has the advantage of being activating for the nervous system, while also being calming. It is also digestive and an antiseptic for the respiratory tract, not to be overlooked. Moreover, this blend is delicious hot OR cold.
The Stove
Primarily designed as a warming digestive, The Stove nevertheless contains some plants that will stimulate blood circulation. The spices found in this blend will also have a gently activating effect.
The blend of fennel, ginger, licorice root, and safflower flower will help you wake up gently.
