Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for product excellence for years and is ISO 22000 certified. Made from a very rare, purebred cultivar native to Yame, this 1st flush tea is harvested later in spring.
It offers a green liquor with rich notes of nettle, artichoke, vegetal, sweet potato, and umami. It leaves a creamy, smooth sensation in the mouth and finishes with a very pleasant herbal freshness due to its perfectly balanced astringency. A prestigious, limited, and highly prized tea!
