Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified. This reserve tea comes from the 1st spring harvest.
When brewed, its yellow-green liquor is full of theine and nutrients. Offering classic notes of quality Yame green tea, it is smooth on the palate, without astringency, offers rich, round notes reminiscent of autumn fruits, and marine and buttery Umami notes.
