Our Yame tea garden has been the recipient of numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years, and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.
Its flat and thin leaves, of great lightness, from the first autumn harvest, are home-roasted to a medium intensity by our master roaster and yield a brownish infusion. In taste, it offers notes of milk chocolate, malt, toast, the famous umami, as well as velvety notes in the mouth; a grand cru!
