Our Yame tea garden has been the recipient of numerous global awards for the excellence of their products for years, and is ISO 22000 and JAS certified.
Its light, flat, thin leaves from the first autumn harvest yield a yellow-green infusion with its medium firing. On the palate, it offers rich notes of fresh, sweet vegetables and marine flavors, the famous umami, as well as velvety notes in the mouth; a grand autumn cru!
