LEARN TO SHAPE BÁNH TRÔI STICKY RICE BALLS

A creative activity for all, led by Chào Collective
During this hands-on workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to shape delicate handmade Bánh Trôi sticky rice balls in a warm atmosphere, while pairing their creations with three carefully selected Vietnamese teas from Charyū by Thés Guru.
Much more than a simple tasting, this intimate gathering offers an insight into the history and symbolism behind this dessert, immortalized by the famous 18th-century poetess Hồ Xuân Hương. This workshop is a prelude to the multidisciplinary show presented at Chợ Đêm this upcoming July.
The dessert served at this workshop is vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free (may contain traces).
