(Shizuoka, Japan) Sencha Tenryū Hon Dentou [Competition Grade] Asamushi type - from the Osada Seichaden Co. garden in Shizuoka and winner of the 2019 "New Wave Nihon Cha Competition". This tea, produced near the famous Tenryū River, is entirely hand-picked and carefully crafted from the Yabukita cultivar.
It offers notes of malt, mango, nettle, umami, is rich and thick on the palate and leaves a sweet and fresh sensation. A grand cru that lives up to its title!
