Production: JAS Certified. Eco-friendly product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals or pesticides, and produced ethically according to international "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership" standards.

 

(Chiran, Japan) This "reserve" grade Fukamushi Shincha is handcrafted in limited quantities on Chiran's rich terroir. From the 1st spring harvest, it was made from the rare Harumidori cultivar.

Its rich and gourmet liquor offers notes of umami, fresh cream, ripe exotic fruits such as mango, a hint of toasted almond and fresh vegetable, and a sweet sensation on the finish. A grand cru!
