(Miyazaki, Japan) From the first spring harvest, this low-oxidation oolong tea comes from the Takachiho Gorge of the famous Gokase River, in the high mountains of Miyazaki Prefecture.
When infused, it offers a fresh orchid-like floral fragrance with notes of pepper, grapefruit and umami, leaving a sweet sensation in the mouth at the end. A great vintage reminiscent of Chinese oolongs.
