(Miyazaki, Japan) From the first spring harvest, this red tea made from the rare Yamanami cultivar comes from the Gokase region, in the high mountains of Miyazaki Prefecture.
When infused, it offers a floral scent reminiscent of lily of the valley, grape nectar, umami, sweet potato, and leaves a smooth and sweet sensation at the finish. A grand cru with intoxicating notes that can be enjoyed hot or cold!
