(Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan) A reserve tea, handcrafted from tea leaves originating from Taiwan's famous Ali mountain. This new-style, heavily oxidized red tea is roasted then aged, allowing its essence to concentrate and its aromas to be enhanced.
When infused, it yields a reddish liquor with notes of minerals, nuts, spices like caramelized ginger, honey, cream, and flowers like lilac. A rich and indulgent Taiwanese grand cru!
