(Bei Shan, Nantou, Taiwan) This high-mountain tea is handcrafted with the Jin Xuan cultivar. It comes from a famous terroir in the Nantou region of Taiwan.

Slightly oxidized and roasted, this tea offers rich and comforting notes of caramelized rose, nutmeg, and a hint of cream and butter, typical of an oolong made from the Jin Xuan cultivar. Its rich and complex taste, worthy of the grand tea it is, leaves a sweet aftertaste that will linger long after consumption.
