MASTERS SERIES
This artisanal Matcha produced by a grand master comes from the first spring harvest of a Gyokuro plantation in the high mountains of the famous Yame region - known for its very rich umami profile.
Creamy on the palate, it offers rich, sweet notes of exotic fruits, cocoa, umami, a floral bouquet, and a hint of roasted pistachio—with a touch of bitterness on the finish, but no astringency. This grand cru matcha is a new type, offering a unique and indulgent profile.
Preparation : Usucha ceremonial style: 75°C / 2g = 100ml of water (or diluted to 125ml)
